RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
3. How to Request a Return

After receiving your message, our team will confirm your return request and provide further shipping instructions.
4. Return Conditions
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused – it may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its nature, features and functioning.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from improper handling.
5. How to Send Back the Product
Returns are accepted only via DPD courier service.

We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery (COD) or via other courier services.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
6. Refund Process
- After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer specifies another method (for example, the bank account number provided in the email).
- The store may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment – whichever occurs first.
7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases listed in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including but not limited to:
- products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Currently, all products offered by POURELLE are eligible for return within 14 days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
